2013 Australian Tropical Rainforest Plant Identification Courses

The Australian Tropical Herbarium and the Wet Tropics Management Authority are once again presenting Australian Tropical Rainforest Plants – Plant Identification Short Courses.

Our courses are open to the public, and teach skills in rainforest plant identification. We focus on the rainforest, but the skills learned in these courses can be used to identify plants that grow in habitats outside of the rainforest.

In 2013, we will be presenting our short courses in Cairns, and a special residential course in Paluma.

For groups of five or more, we can run specially tailored two or three day plant identificaiton courses – contact us at enquiry@ath.org.au for more details.

  • Morning tea and lunch

  • Participant’s workbook

  • Hand lens (not included in Advanced module)
