Changes Coming to Workflow Pay Claims

Important information for employees currently completing Workflow Pay Claims:

• Workflow will cease on Friday 20th July, 2012

• Pay Claims will be known as ‘Timesheets’ in My HR Online

• Timesheets will be inserted as a new menu option under the ‘My Pay’ tab in My HR Online

• Complete Timesheets in My HR Online from Monday 23rd July, 2012

• System Demonstrations will be provided in the weeks leading up to this change, dates will soon be advised

• Step-by-step training guides and quick reference wallet cards will be available to assist you when entering your timesheet
