Changes Coming to Workflow Pay Claims

Important information for Employees currently completing

Workflow Pay Claims:

  • The current Workflow system is being decommissioned and will be replaced with Timesheets in My HR Online

  • All outstanding Workflow claims must be approved by midday Friday 20 July 2012

  • Any outstanding claims will need to be re-submitted in My HR Online

  • Timesheets (Pay Claims) must be completed in My HR Online commencing Monday 23rd July

  • Login to My HR Online Training Site

  • Login with you usual JC number and Password

  • Click on the “My Pay” Tab and click on “Timesheet” menu item

  • Click on the Timesheet or Overtime Claim menu item

  • Click on Add a new Record
