After a two-week journey running 1200km up the Queensland coast from Hervey Bay to Townsville and presenting to over 50 schools and community organisations about our cause, the Run to Better Days team will be arriving home in Townsville on July 22.

From 2-6pm there will be a jumping castle, fairy floss, food and drink, free giveaways, fantastic live entertainment by local bands and artists, and of course the arrival of the runners.

There will also be a demonstration where attendees stand in the formation of the words Run to Better Days, holding green and purple balloons (theme colours), so an aerial photo can be taken and sent to the Australian Government to improve foreign aid.

Entry is free. There are free cupcakes at the door, and you can buy a token vaccination pack to help fundraise. Any money raised will go to Caritas Australia, an aid organisation devoted to fighting global poverty.
