HAVE YOUR SAY ON IMPROVING
OUR SUPPORT FOR FINANCE AND RESOURCE PLANNING
Your input will assist in improving the important contribution the Finance and Resource Planning Division makes to our University community.
As part of the University’s standard cycle of reviews, the Division of Finance and Resource Planning is undergoing a review in August 2012. The purpose is to examine current practice and performance and identify strategies and future opportunities the Division may undertake to advance the strategic intent of the University.

All interested staff and students are invited to make a written submission to the review panel. The submission should be related to observations on, or interaction with, the Division within one or more of the following terms of reference:
Evaluate the effectiveness of F&RP in:
Leadership, planning and management
Collaboration and engagement
Contribution to the ‘Student Experience’
Innovation
In undertaking this evaluation, consider, inter alia, the Division’s current performance in supporting the University’s objectives and future opportunities and strategies for improvement. All campuses/entities are encompassed in this appraisal.
Submissions should focus on providing information to assist the Review Panel to develop meaningful commendations and recommendations to the University to affirm or improve the Division’s value to its community.
