Spanish Club Start-up
Hola Cairns JCU estudiantes. Are you interested in all things Spanish/Hispanic?
A local Aussie and a ‘loco’ Peruvian are keen to gather expressions of interest in starting a fun conversation group with a focus on Spanish/Hispanic language and culture for the beginner and the adv anced. All native Spanish speakers are encouraged to participate (and bring ‘mate’ tea). All levels of competency are welcome.
The emphasis is on creating a relaxed social group where there is opportunity to gain or improve Spanish language skills and for international Spanish-speaking students to meet and mingle with local students. (Locals can just bring a mate.) This activity is for the Cairns Campus.
