Speech Pathology Week
Speech Pathology Week is now on (19 ̶ 25 August) and a display has been set up in the JCU Townsville rehabilitation building, in the speech pathology clinic waiting area, for students and clients to look at and participate in.
The theme this year is ‘Tell Your Story’ where people are encouraged to complete speech bubbles telling their story of communication. This will become part of the national 'Great Australian Communication Story', a project run by Speech Pathology Australia that aims to take a national snapshot of communication in Australia in 2012.
