• managing human impact on marine environments

• understanding the world’s ocean resources

• protecting Australia’s marine reserves

• safeguarding the world’s largest natural resource.

And you won’t be doing this in a classroom!

Our world-class marine science facilities will have you:

• working on Orpheus Island research station or aboard research vessels

• researching on-site at coral reefs, islands, seagrass beds and mangroves

• studying in advanced research aquariums, laboratories or international universities.
