Description |
This mushroom has a whitish to buff-coloured cap, which may be up to 20 cm diameter, the apex is flattened and darker with brown scales which become more scattered towards the margin. Gills are initially pale pink becoming dark brown with age. Stem 10-15 cm long, 2 cm wide, remains of veil present on stem and on margins of the cap. Do not eat. |
