Description |
These truffle-like fungi are subglobose about 1.5 cm long, 1 cm wide and 1 cm broad and the skin or peridium is a bright golden yellow. Spores are brown to dark brown. Found in soil associated with various eucalypts such as Corymbia intermedia and Eucalyptus resinifera. Eaten by the northern bettong. |
