Description
This legless lizard is relatively rare in the area, but has been recorded from University creek in wooded areas with heavy grass cover. The grey to reddish-brown body has some narrow bars near the neck, they then lose definition so becomes small blotches, in addition there are 2 dark longitudinal stripes along the tail. The tail is cylindrical.
