CopyPrint Guide
What is CopyPrint?
CopyPrint is the integrated photocopying and printing service using the JCU student ID card available at the Townsville and Cairns campuses.
Please ensure that you have your student card with you at all times. You will need your student card to add credit, to print and photocopy.
How do I pay for CopyPrint?
You can add funds to your account and use these funds to pay any photocopying and printing charges. Your funds are listed as a credit on your account and credit is deducted as you use the service. Funds can be added:
-
Online by credit card through StudentsOnline. Log into Students Online, click on Credit Card Payments for CopyPrint/NetAccess under the Student Information side bar. The minimum transaction is $20.00
-
Cash/EFTPOS payments can be made at Lending Services in the Library (Townsville & Cairns). The minimum payment is $5.00
Unused balance will automatically be carried forward from year-to-year of study; however no refunds will be given for unused funds, even at the end of your study.
Each student is responsible for ensuring they only pay funds into their account which they reasonably expect to use during the course of their studies at JCU.
Any unused funds can be used for photocopying after leaving the University.
Students on leave of absence are unable to add funds to their CopyPrint or NetAccess accounts.
