Examination timetables are released for the main teaching periods (1 and 2) as follows:
Draft timetable – 7 weeks before the exams start
Final timetable (includes rooms, material lists and room breakups) – 5 weeks before the exams start
Timetables for supplementary and deferred exams after each of the main periods are available approximately 11 days after the release of results.
Personal examination timetables for students can be viewed through StudentsOnline
Staff wanting to view a timetable can do so through StaffOnline , under the heading Academic Information for Staff in the menu on the left of the page.

INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS SITTING SUPPLEMENTARY AND DEFERRED EXAMS
This information is not intended for students enrolled at JCUB or JCUS. Students from these campuses should contact their home campus for information if they have been awarded a supplementary or deferred exam.
Students who have been granted a supplementary (NS) or deferred (ED) exam in Study Period 1, 2012 can access the examination timetable after 4.00pm on 13 July 2012.
Supplementary and deferred exams will be scheduled on the weekends of 4-5 August and 11-12 August 2012.
