This room seats 14 persons.

Microphone (AudioScience) – ceiling mounted at the flat panel display end of the table
Tandberg Remote Control (TRC5) – somewhere on the table
VGA cable for laptop – in the equipment rack
Apple Mini DisplayPort cable for MacBook – in the equipment rack
HDMI cable (any device with HDMI connector) – in the equipment rack
Flat Panel Display (2x 70” Sharp) – on the credenza at the front of the room
