To check the status of the ceiling mounted projector, take note of what lights you can see on the belly of the projector.
Stand by Mode – ready for action!

Turn on projector(s)
The projector controls vary from room to room and you will find an array of different controls depending on which room you are in.
In rooms fitted with dual or more projectors, you will found controls like those on the images below.

Press buttons marked On/Off or those with a round red sticker attached, once and once only. The buttons marked DUAL and MAIN will flash for a few minutes during the projectors’ warming-up sequence. When the flashing stops the images will appear on the projector screens. To turn the projectors off press the same buttons as you pressed to turn the projectors on.
Touch the screen to activate the system then refer to the individual room guide for the room you are at for further instructions.
In rooms with single projectors the following controls are used:

Select the media or appliance you wish to use on the control panel. A small red light attached to the button you pressed will flash for a few minutes while the projector is going through its warming-up sequence. Do not press any buttons while the flashing occurs. Once the button stops flashing the projector is ready and you should see your images on the projector screen.

Projector Ready – Power light steady green
Once you have a steady green power light and a steady green status light, the projector is ready and you should see a projected image on the screen.

Turn off projector(s) – Cooling down Mode
Pushbutton control panels fitted with an OFF button – Push OFF button
Touchscreens – Turn off or exit system
Projector Cooling Down – Power blinking orange

Any other lights or combinations may indicate a fault. In the event of a projector failure, take note of the status of the two lights as per above and then contact technical support in Townsville or Cairns.
